Meet the founder
Gaurav Kathuria, MBA, CMgr MCMI
Gaurav is a digital transformation consultant and project manager with more than ten years’ experience using technology to improve how organisations run. His work covers IT service management, business process improvement and system implementation. He currently delivers complex application and infrastructure projects in a large, secure public-sector programme.
Working with organisations of every size, he saw that large businesses employ dedicated specialists for process improvement, systems and data, while independent hospitality businesses can’t justify that investment. He set up Hospitality Simplified to fill that gap.

A working example: Fluffs-R-Us
Gaurav is also the founder of Fluffs-R-Us, a free UK pet adoption platform he designed and built using AI-assisted development. Every night it automatically gathers and standardises listings from dozens of independent rescue organisations, uses image recognition to filter results, and publishes them in one searchable place, free for rescues and adopters alike.
It runs on a secure, cloud-based stack for around £10 a month. We take the same approach with hospitality clients: connect the data, automate the routine work, and use AI only where it adds value, while keeping things secure and cheap to run.
